Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, Twin Birds does not guarantee exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
